Portrait of Javier Ivar Advani, a 10 month old boy. Sitting in an artesian wicker chair, dressed in a white cotton shirt and blue overalls. He holds in his right hand a red plastic cup with spout that he uses to drink from. In the left hand is a small transparent boat with a little bit of water inside. The child is torn away with difficulty from these objects that powerfully call his attention. He begins to experiment with the benefits and properties of water; the different forms the liquid takes and the sound that it makes to stir it up.
