Portrait of the child Javier Ivar Advani at the age of ten months. Sitting on a handmade bulrush chair, dressed in a white cotton T-shirt and blue dungarees, he holds in his right hand a red plastic cup with a spout that he uses for drinking. In his left hand he holds a small transparent jar with a little water inside. It is difficult for the child to detach himself from these objects, which attract his attention, with which he can experience the benefits and properties of water, the different forms the liquid takes and the sounds it makes when shaken.
